The wooden fingerboard (R5) for full-surface polished edges of pockets, slopes, which provides long-term, pain-free suspension on the fingers.

Standard Size: Climbing fingerboard tapers from top to bottom 1.9″-1″ for better forearm clearance; the outer diameter is 550 x 150 x 48 mm, the best size according to ergonomics

EASY TO INSTALL: The climbing bar includes mounting hardware including: 7 screws (4 x M4 x 70mm screws and 3 x M4 x 50mm screws) and 7 anchors; if you are installing on a wall without nails, it is recommended to use a back panel (not included) to mount it
