TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Terms of payment: Net 30 days for schools, municipalities, and government agencies only.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Master Card), cheque, bank transfer.
- All our prices may change without notice.
- Federal taxes (TPS) and provincial taxes (TVQ) are not included.
- For any order under 100$, a 15$ shipping charge will be applied.
- All orders require final acceptance by the buyer.
- In case of loss or breakages, the recipient most personally note this on delivery and address a complaint to the transport services.
- Any late delivery cannot give rise to damages, nor to the cancellation of the order, the deliveries being made as quickly as humanly possible.
- Any complaint concerning missing goods must be sent within five days following the reception of the goods.
- Any partial shipment of an order may be subject to separate invoicing according to established delivery rules.
- The transporter is chosen by Gagné Sports. Should the client wish to use another transporter the shipping costs may be different.
- On delivery of the goods, you must ensure that everything is in good condition and that no items are missing.
- No goods can be returned to us without our prior agreement.
- The prices and information displayed on the website can be modified without notice.
- All the product images on our website are for reference only, with no commitment from us, due to the constant improvement of equipment.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION REGARDING OUR REFUND POLICY
- It is important to contact us before returning any product(s).
- Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, under certain conditions.
- The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, with tags attached.
- The items must be in a resalable condition to be accepted.
- All returned products must be accompanied by their invoice or a copy of the same.
- Once the merchandise is inspected, we can proceed with the refund or exchange.
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee (plus taxes) may apply.
- Gagné Sports does not accept returns for custom-made items.
- Custom-made items are non-refundable once the manufacturing process has begun.
- Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.
- In case of manufacturing defects, the full amount paid will be refunded.
- We will exchange a defective product at no additional cost.
- Any request for a partial or full refund must be made within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.
