Besides, we have a climbing hook and a rubber plate to adjust the difficulty.

The wooden fingerboard (R5) for full-surface polished edges of pockets, slopes, which provides long-term, pain-free suspension on the fingers.

The climbing training board is designed for beginners and advanced climbers, including dead exercises, bent arms, offset hangs, standard pull-ups, one-arm pull-ups, L-hangs and front lever .

Easy to Install: The climbing bar includes mounting hardware such as 9 screws (4 pieces of M4x70mm and 5 pieces of M4x50mm) and 9 extension tubes; if installing on a wall without a stud, it is recommended to use a plywood type back panel (not included) for secure mounting
