2 Alpenstock Nordic walking poles are telescopic, adjustable in 3 sections and weigh 240 g. The stick is made of aluminum alloy disc so the tip is in Carbonic tungsten steel with a length 65 to 135 cm and a diameter of 12-14-16 mm. The handle is ergonomically right and provided with loops at the wrists.
